Honestly, I think it depends on the crime for me. I would like people to die for doing horrible things, like killing innocent people or torturing animals, but sometimes criminals are falsely accused so that would be a pretty sad fate. :/

It's a hard line to walk.
I mean, I'd rather see them rot in jail, but it's a pretty good life, square meals and shit. Clogging up our jails.
But the death they have for them is HUMANE?
Why, is killing people just to taste flesh or gain fame humane?

Personally, I say for it...
But if I had another choice, I believe criminals should be inflicted with the same situations they put others in. It severely limit crimes if criminals knew that they'd be chopped up while still alive, feeling everything.

yeah, i heard that in some state they took a survey on the death row inmates and like...30% of them were innocent or something ridiculous like that.

i agree, but for some reason that's inhumane :U hahaha.

i am against it simply because it's hypocritical. by killing a person you're no better than the criminal in question, all circumstances aside. human life should not be taken into the hands of judges and juries. we need moar rape in prisons is what i think.
