I have only had one... To have a needle placed near my right ankle bone, to hold it in place while it healed. XD; That was quite some time ago, and I still have the scar... and the needle.

i've had one. when i was 5 or 6, i had tubes put in my ears to stop my constant ear infections.

Oh, shit! No, I just remembered, I've had two! I had to have gromits put in my ears because of infection. XD;

I can't really consider this other one a surgery (I guess) because it was just stitches...
