Definitely. Even if there isn't any evidence yet on how it's possible, but humans have far more knowledge than anyone on the planet right now. If time travel were ever possible interference with other times would change everything before it even started. Though who knows.

there is actually some theories that exist that say that worm holes that naturally appear in space may be connected to not only different places but different times, however worm holes are very volatile and close almost as soon as they open. if we were able to find a way to stabilize a worm hole it could lead to a different time! then again you wouldn't know where you would come out so you might end up in a star or near a black whole and be ripped to shreds so it probably wouldn't be the best way to time travel.
