The whole idea of veal grosses me out. I couldn't do it.

Lamb I would try, because they're no different from cows or pigs. I just never have had lamb before.

We ate veal patties when I was a kid but I really don't remember them at all.

I have no problem with other people eating it, but I won't. I've had lamb before, did not like it at all. As for veal, I believe I've eaten it... didn't really stand out for me, so that kinda says it.
